BIM Engineering ManagerAlex Fort Worth S.A.E.Location: Alexandria, EgyptIndustry: EPC / EPCM / Industrial ProjectsJob DescriptionAlex Fort Worth is hiring a BIM Engineering Manager to lead BIM implementation and multidisciplinary model coordination across industrial EPC/EPCM projects. The role is responsible for driving BIM strategy, improving coordination between disciplines, reducing clashes, supporting constructability, and linking engineering design with fabrication and site execution.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial and electromechanical projects, steel structures, mechanical equipment integration, and brownfield environments.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement BIM standards, procedures, and workflows across projects.Prepare project-specific BIM Execution Plans based on project scope and requirements.Lead BIM implementation from design through construction and handover.Manage multidisciplinary BIM models across civil, structural, steel, mechanical, piping, electrical, and electromechanical systems.Lead clash detection sessions, model reviews, and coordination meetings.Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.Support the production of coordinated drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models.Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, construction, and site teams to support execution.Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Lead and develop BIM engineers, modelers, and coordinators.Prepare BIM progress reports, coordination logs, and issue trackers.About Alex Fort WorthAlex Fort Worth S.A.E. is an Egyptian Joint-Stock company based in Alexandria, established in 2014 to deliver high-quality local EPC/EPCM services for small- to medium-sized industrial projects in Egypt. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.BIM certification is highly preferred.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in BIM, engineering coordination, or digital project delivery.At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership BIM role.Proven experience in industrial EPC/EPCM projects.Strong experience in one or more of the following:Steel structuresMechanical equipment installation or replacementElectromechanical systemsBrownfield projectsBulk handling systemsExperience in fabrication-oriented environments and coordination between engineering and site execution is highly desirable.Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, Civil 3D, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination, clash detection, shop drawings, as-built documentation, and industrial engineering drawings.
