High-performing employees may be considered for advanced roles within the organization and future opportunities in MHCEG's international operations, including Canada and the United States, subject to business requirements and position availability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the BIM team, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project delivery.Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, templates, and best practices.Establish and oversee BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for projects.Ensure compliance with project BIM requirements, client standards, and international industry standards.Manage BIM coordination activities between architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.Oversee model quality control and QA/QC procedures to ensure accurate and coordinated project deliverables.Lead clash detection, constructability reviews, and coordination workshops.Support project teams in delivering BIM models up to LOD 500.Mentor and train BIM engineers while promoting continuous technical development.Support business development activities through technical presentations, proposals, and BIM capability demonstrations.Evaluate and implement emerging BIM technologies and digital delivery solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.Professional BIM certifications preferred.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related BIM platforms.Advanced understanding of BIM standards including ISO 19650.Knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination and digital project delivery.Experience8–10 years of professional experience.Minimum 3 years in a BIM leadership or management role.Proven experience managing BIM delivery for complex projects.Experience with healthcare, airport, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale developments is preferred.SkillsStrong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Advanced problem-solving and coordination abilities.Ability to work within an international and multicultural environment.Fluent English (written and spoken).
