BIM Modeler

Job SummaryTEEF NAJD GROUP is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our growing engineering and construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for construction and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with project requirements, company standards, and international BIM practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software.Produce accurate 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation based on project requirements.Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes and design conflicts.Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, standards, and BIM execution plans.Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and reports from BIM models.Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support multidisciplinary project teams.Review and incorporate design revisions and field changes into BIM models.Maintain model integrity, data accuracy, and proper file management procedures.Assist in the preparation of project presentations, visualizations, and construction simulations when required.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.Strong proficiency in:Autodesk RevitNavisworksAutoCADBIM 360 / Autodesk Construction CloudExperience in Architectural, Structural, and/or MEP modeling.Strong understanding of construction drawings, engineering standards, and BIM workflows.Experience in clash detection and model coordination.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Good command of English.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, infrastructure, or government projects.Knowledge of international BIM standards and best practices.Familiarity with Dynamo, Civil 3D, or other BIM-related software is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Professional growth and career development opportunities.Opportunity to work on prestigious projects across the region.Collaborative and innovative work environment.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV, portfolio, and relevant project experience for consideration.Join TEEF NAJD GROUP and be part of a team shaping the future of construction through innovation, technology, and excellence.
