The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing recruitment projects, building strong talent pipelines specific to call centre functions, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires efficiently while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead comprehensive candidate sourcing using job boards, internal databases, social sourcing, networking, targeted outreach, and market mapping specifically for Call Centre rolesScreen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to assess credentials, cultural fit, language proficiency (especially English), and technical capabilities relevant to customer service and call centre functionsProvide hiring stakeholders with market insights, talent pipeline status, salary benchmarking, and actionable recommendations aligned with Call Centre hiring needs in EgyptManage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer extension and onboarding coordination ensuring efficient candidate movementEnsure full compliance with hiring policies and local employment laws in Egypt as well as applicable global jurisdictions, where relevantNegotiate and close offers professionally, including handling counter-offers and managing candidate expectations effectivelyScreen candidates for availability, work authorization, compensation expectations, relocation needs (if applicable), and role suitabilityMaintain accurate recruitment records in ATS systems and produce regular recruitment metrics and reportsDrive an outstanding candidate experience through clear, timely, and transparent communication throughout the hiring processMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent2+ years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience;Strong experience recruiting for Call Centre or customer service roles in Cairo, Egypt or similar marketsExcellent interviewing skills with capability to assess behavioral traits, communication skills, and cultural fitKnowledge of HR practices and employment law relevant to recruitment in EgyptFluency in Arabic and English, strong proficiency in English for collaboration with international stakeholdersExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsSelf-driven individual with a proactive “get things done” approach, able to excel in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsDeep knowledge of the Egypt Call Centre talent market and salary trendsExperience with major ATS platforms and sourcing toolsRelevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or formal recruitment trainingExperience managing recruitment across multiple geographies and time zones
