About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth, strengthen market positioning, and enhance customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the brand portfolio, overseeing marketing initiatives, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the annual brand plan, including product launches, promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.Own and manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sales targets, and market opportunities.Ensure full compliance with global/group brand guidelines across all communication channels, visual assets, product messaging, and customer-facing materials.Drive brand consistency and strengthen brand equity across online and offline touchpoints.Collaborate closely with creative, design, production, sales, and commercial teams to deliver impactful campaigns and enhance customer experience.Partner with the Performance Marketing team to develop and optimize campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales conversion.Lead the creation and execution of compelling content strategies that effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate the brand in the market.Translate technical product specifications into clear, customer-centric value propositions and marketing messages.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, consumer behavior, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations.Monitor and evaluate brand performance through key metrics including sales results, market share, campaign effectiveness, customer insights, and product performance.Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Product Marketing, preferably within technology, consumer electronics, retail, FMCG, or food production industries.Proven experience managing brand campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.Strong understanding of brand management principles and integrated marketing communications.Ability to simplify technical product features into compelling customer-focused messaging.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.Experience working across both digital and traditional marketing channels.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong project management and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.Highly proactive, results-oriented, and capable of taking full ownership of brand performance.What Success Looks LikeIncreased brand awareness and market presence.Successful execution of product launches and seasonal campaigns.Strong alignment between brand strategy and commercial objectives.Improved customer engagement, product performance, and sales growth.Consistent brand identity across all channels and customer touchpoints.Join us and play a key role in shaping the future of our brand, driving growth, and creating meaningful experiences for our customers.
