Job SummaryThe Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic brand initiatives that align with the company’s mission to elevate local brands. This role oversees brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and external partnerships to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals and brand values.Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, social media, PR, events, and influencer collaborations.Work closely with local brand partners to create joint promotions and campaigns that highlight their stories and products.Manage and enhance the company’s brand presence across digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing.Oversee paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.).Identify and develop strategic partnerships that strengthen brand positioning and market presence.Lead the planning of brand calendars and seasonal campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.Analyze brand and marketing performance data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure brand initiatives support overall business objectives.Manage brand budgets, external vendors, agencies, and freelancers.Stay updated with market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience5 – 7 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within fashion retail or lifestyle sectors.Soft SkillsProven track record in building and managing successful brand campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand positioning.Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.Ability to collaborate across teams and manage external partnerships.Passion for local fashion brands, culture, and sustainability.Technical SkillsProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Language SkillsExcellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).Computer SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.Other RequirementsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Core CompetenciesBrand Strategy & Campaign ManagementDigital Marketing & Brand PositioningData-Driven Decision Making & AnalyticsCollaboration & Stakeholder ManagementCreativity & Brand Storytelling
