Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that align with the company’s mission to elevate local brands. This role oversees multi-channel campaigns, digital presence, and external partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand values.Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, events, PR, and influencer collaborations.Work closely with local brand partners to create joint promotions and campaigns that highlight their unique stories and products.Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, including website, social media channels, and email marketing.Manage paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.).Lead on back-to-back calendar of propositions to increase brand awareness and equity.Analyze marketing performance data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.Lead content creation efforts, ensuring all messaging resonates with our target audience and reflects our mission to elevate local brands.Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure marketing activities support overall business objectives.Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external agencies or freelancers.Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fashion retail or lifestyle sectors.Soft SkillsProven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong digital marketing skills including social media management, SEO, and content marketing.Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.Passion for local fashion brands, culture, and sustainability.Technical SkillsProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Language SkillsExcellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).Computer SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.Other RequirementsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Core CompetenciesStrategic Marketing & Campaign ManagementDigital Marketing ExpertiseData-Driven Decision Making & AnalyticsCollaboration & Stakeholder ManagementCreativity & Brand Storytelling
