OverviewWe are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the execution of our marketing strategy across digital platforms, PR, and brand collaborations. This role requires someone who understands content, trends, and how to build brand visibility through partnerships and storytelling.Key Responsibilities1. Campaign ExecutionAssist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and campaign assets Ensure all campaigns align with brand positioning and objectives 2. Content & Social Media Manage day-to-day social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Lead TikTok content team aligned with trends, brand tone, and growth goals Brief and work with content creators to produce engaging, high-performing content 3. PR & Brand ExposureLead on PR strategy and execution to increase brand visibility Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key industry players Lead on PR send-outs, gifting, and brand placements Identify opportunities for press coverage, features, and events Identify and manage influencers, creators, and brand collaborators Handle outreach, negotiations, and briefing Execute brand collaborations and partnerships end-to-end Track performance of influencer campaigns and partnerships 5. Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor and report on campaign and content performance Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI Provide insights and recommendations for optimization and scaling 6. Market Research & TrendsStay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and cultural moments Identify new opportunities for content, campaigns, and collaborations 7. Coordination & CommunicationWork closely with internal teams (design, content, sales) Liaise with external partners (agencies, creators, PR contacts) Ensure smooth execution of all marketing initiatives RequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or PR Strong understanding of social media trends Experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand collaborations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred SkillsExperience with social media strategy and growth Familiarity with influencer outreach and negotiation KPIs / Success MetricsSocial media growth Engagement rates and content performance PR coverage and brand visibility Success of influencer campaigns and collaborations Campaign execution and timelines
