The role is responsible for transforming GB Academy’s training portfolio into a modern, scalable, and content-driven learning ecosystem, combining instructor-led, digital, and experiential learning approaches.Leadership & Capability Development:Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of trainers and language instructors Build internal capability through continuous upskilling, mentoring, and performance management Introduce modern facilitation techniques (interactive, learner-centered, digital-first delivery) Act as a subject matter expert and deliver high-impact sessions for leadership and critical talent groupsLearning Strategy & Innovation:Design and implement a future-ready training strategy aligned with GB Corp’s business goals and customer excellence agendaIntroduce innovative learning formats (blended learning, microlearning, VR, etc)Integrate digital learning platforms and tools to enhance scalability and accessibilityIdentify global learning trends and continuously evolve the Academy’s offeringsContent Creation & Knowledge Development:Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging training content (presentations, videos, e-learning modules, toolkits)Develop modular and reusable content libraries for language and business skills programsEnsure all content is aligned with adult learning principles and real business scenariosIntroduce storytelling, case-based learning, and practical simulations into training designCollaborate with subject matter experts to co-create relevant and impactful contentTraining Planning & Delivery Excellence:Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with Business Units and HR (IDPs and Assessments)Develop annual and quarterly training plans aligned with business prioritiesEnsure effective scheduling, resource allocation, and program executionOversee delivery quality across all programs (internal & external clients)Customize programs to meet specific BU needs and performance gapsStakeholder Management & Business Partnership:Act as a strategic partner to Business Units, aligning learning solutions with operational goals Collaborate with Talent & OD to support IDPs and leadership development initiatives Work closely with Account Managers and Academy Technical Training Heads to deliver comprehensive & tailored solutions for internal and external clients Manage relationships with external vendors, trainers, and content providers.Development of Employee’s Performance:Provides support for professional development of direct reports.Direct the hiring, or performance evaluation of the team and oversee their daily activities.Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Monitors Training EffectivenessReports on Training ActivitiesEducational Requirements: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field Special Certification or Training Required: Management Training, TOTRequired Industry Experience: Minimum 12 Years of ExperienceTechnological Requirements: Excellent command of Microsoft SuitesLanguage Requirements: Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
