Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline.Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.Prospect and engage clients through calls, meetings, LinkedIn, and networking events.Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate, and close deals.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to deliver successful projects.Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.Maintain CRM/ATS records accurately and provide timely sales reports.Qualifications & Skills2–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in events, exhibitions, creative production, or marketing agencies.Proficiency in CRM/ATS systems.Strong proposal writing, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Understanding of event and exhibition workflows.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Valid driving license preferred.
