About The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for our sales/leadership team. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a “hunter” mentality who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead GenerationConduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.Research and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within defined markets.Qualification & DiscoveryConduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and priorities.Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC.Opportunity CreationConvert qualified leads into scheduled meetings for the sales/leadership team.Follow up consistently to nurture early-stage prospects.Pipeline ManagementAccurately log all activities, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM.Maintain a clean and organized pipeline for accurate sales forecasting.Partnership & Deal SupportAssist with the end-to-end negotiation process for Master Service Agreements (MSAs).Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely deal closure.Market IntelligenceGather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.Provide actionable feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR, SDR, or BDE roles.Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or digital solutions preferred.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
