Position SummaryWe are seeking a Business Development Executive to support the onboarding and management of corporate clients, suppliers, merchants and funding partners. The role is ideal for candidates with 1-4 years of experience in banking, fintech, factoring, leasing, supply chain finance or B2B sales.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Onboarding· Support identification and qualification of prospective corporate clients.· Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.· Assist in proposal preparation and commercial discussions.· Follow up on onboarding requirements and documentation.Supplier & Merchant Onboarding· Coordinate onboarding campaigns for suppliers and merchants.· Follow up on registration and documentation requirements.· Assist clients throughout the onboarding process.· Support utilization and transaction growth.Account Management· Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients.· Coordinate implementation and rollout activities.· Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary.· Support client retention and satisfaction.Funding Partner Coordination· Coordinate with banks and NBFIs regarding onboarding and utilization.· Follow up on pending approvals and documentation.· Assist in transaction execution and reporting.Reporting· Maintain CRM and pipeline records.· Prepare periodic business development reports.· Track onboarding, utilization and revenue metrics.Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.· 1-4 years of experience in banking, fintech, leasing, factoring or B2B sales.· Basic understanding of supply chain finance and factoring.· Credit course or similar certificate is highly preferable.· Strong communication and presentation skills.· Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills.· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.· Fluency in English and Arabic.
