The Business Developer will be the firm's primary revenue-driving force building a client pipeline from scratch, forging strategic partnerships, and positioning the firm competitively in Egypt's legal market across five key practice areas: M&A, commercial litigation, cryptocurrency & digital assets, international arbitration, and startup advisory. Qualifications • 3-5 years in BD, sales, or client development, prior experience in a law firm or legal tech environment is preferred. • Demonstrated track record of winning large B2B mandates in Egypt • Strong existing network across Egyptian corporate, government, or financial sectors • Excellent Arabic and English communication written and verbal. • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
