Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for occasional work-from-home options. The Business Development Specialist will identify new business opportunities, drive lead generation efforts, and conduct market research to understand trends and potential client needs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with prospective customers, preparing proposals and presentations, and working cross-functionally to support the development of tailored solutions for clients. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to service delivery while achieving sales targets and business growth objectives. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify business opportunities, understand market dynamics, and gather relevant data.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to build relationships with clients and present ideas effectively.Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Service to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience throughout the sales cycle.Proactive approach to business development and problem-solving with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field; familiarity with BPO or operational services is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
