The organization is committed to helping learners achieve real-world language proficiency and long-term success.Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an English Second Language Teacher at 4level1. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging online lessons to adult and young adult learners, following CEFR-aligned curricula and 4level1 teaching guidelines. Daily responsibilities include creating lesson plans and learning materials, facilitating interactive activities, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will assess students through formative and summative evaluations, support learners preparing for exams such as IELTS, and adapt teaching methods to diverse proficiency levels and learning styles. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, participating in training or team meetings, and contributing to the continuous improvement of course content and teaching practices.QualificationsStrong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing adults and young adults in an ESL/EFL context.Competence in Lesson Planning, including designing CEFR-aligned lessons and creating engaging, learner-centered activities.Experience with Teaching English as a Foreign Language and familiarity with exam preparation, especially IELTS.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.Confidence using online teaching platforms and digital tools, with reliable internet access for remote instruction.Strong classroom management in virtual settings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with culturally diverse learners.Demonstrated organizational skills, punctuality, and a learner-centered, inclusive approach to teaching.Prior experience teaching learners from the Middle East or in similar contexts is a plus.
