The organization values high-quality teaching, learner engagement, and measurable progress.Role Description The English Instructor will deliver high-quality, communicative English lessons to adult and young adult learners in an on-site setting in Cairo, Egypt. This full-time role includes planning and preparing lessons aligned with CEFR standards, selecting appropriate materials, and designing activities that promote active participation and practical language use. The instructor will assess learners’ progress through regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance. Daily responsibilities also include creating a supportive classroom environment, adapting teaching methods to different proficiency levels, and collaborating with colleagues and academic coordinators to ensure consistent quality and continuous improvement. The instructor may also participate in training, curriculum refinement, and other academic projects as needed.Qualifications Strong instructional skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching, with experience delivering communicative lessons to diverse learners.Background in Education, applied linguistics, TESOL, or a related field, with the ability to design and implement learner-centered lesson plans.Proficient Writing skills for preparing teaching materials, assessments, and learner feedback.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; a recognized TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent teaching qualification is highly preferred.Demonstrated familiarity with CEFR levels and outcomes-based course design.Excellent spoken and written command of English; strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a multicultural learning environment.Previous experience teaching in language centers or similar contexts in the Middle East is an advantage.
