Work Location: Benghazi, Libya (On-site)Industry: Construction/EngineeringEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced Camp Manager to oversees daily operations, ensuring worker welfare, facility maintenance, and compliance with health, safety, managing services like catering, housekeeping, security, and staff training while handling logistics, records, budgets, and conflict resolution to maintain a productive, compliant, and safe environment for workers in the accommodation. Responsibilities: Manage catering, housekeeping, waste disposal, and equipment upkeep, ensuring high standards of hygiene, food quality, and facility safety.Maintain cleanliness, manage accommodation maintenance/repairs, and ensure facilities meet standards. Report workers staying in the accommodation/not reporting to duty on daily basis along with the valid reason on each case.Store and receive all cleaning materials and goods relevant to the Housekeeping Department according to the regulations laid down.Responsible for preparing accurate daily and monthly accommodation reports and submitting to the line manager.Handle all locations of accommodation for new coming/vacating staffs.Report accident/incident of staffs to HSE for necessary immediate action.Train, supervise, and evaluate junior staff; handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and maintain attendance records.Liaise with project managers for workforce mobilization, manage accommodation budgets, and coordinate with external entities.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on accommodation status, incidents, and attendance, including reconciliation with project sites.
