Recruitment Specialist

Title: Recruitment Specialist Location: Benghazi, LibyaPosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Specialist to support the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of recruitment experience. This role plays a critical part in maintaining recruitment efficiency, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring processKey Responsibility:Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing support, interview scheduling, and offer administration.Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with a high level of accuracy.Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless scheduling process.Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratios, and hiring progress.Support the preparation of employment offers, onboarding documentation, and pre employment requirements.Qualifications & Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.Preferably with experience at a recruitment agency or working in bulk, high-volume recruitment.Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).Why Join UsCompetitive salary, single-status accommodation, and benefits.30 days of annual leave and opportunities for professional growth.Work within a structured, dynamic environment with a focus on operational excellence.
