Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business growth and operational efficiency- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on workforce planning, organization design, and transformation- Lead HR transformation toward data-driven decision-making and automation- Design workforce models for terminal operations, logistics, and engineering functions- Manage relationships with labor unions and government entities- Drive a high-performance culture tied to operational KPIs (productivity, turnaround time, safety)- Design competitive compensation structures- Oversee HR shared services (payroll, personnel, employee services)- Implement HRIS systems and digital HR processes- Improve employee experience at scale- Manage communication strategies for large workforce transitionsKey RequirementsEducation- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field- Master’s degree (MBA or HR specialization) strongly preferredExperience-15+ years in HR, with at least:- 5–7 years in senior leadership (HR Director / CHRO / VP HR)- Experience in large workforce environments (1,500+ employees)- Strong background in one or more of: Logistics / ports / shipping Heavy industry / manufacturing Infrastructure or transportationTechnical Expertise-Deep knowledge of:- Egyptian labor law & union frameworks- Workforce planning in operational environments- Compensation structures for blue-collar + technical roles- Experience with HRIS and HR analyticsLeadership Competencies- Strong stakeholder management (government, unions, board)- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation- High emotional intelligence and negotiation skills- Crisis management & conflict resolution capabilities
