Tasks, Roles & ResponsibilitiesStudy project documents (Dwgs, BOQ, Specs) and extract the conflicts for the material selectionSending RFI’s for the conflicts and missing data.Create material list and prepare packages to distribute for supplier and ask for quotation, also follow up with procurement for subcontractors’ packages.Follow up subcontractor/supplier in stage of offering to reply on them in any technical queries.Review technical/ finance offers from supplier and subcontractor and be sure from technical compatibility with specs/ Dwgs and BOQ.Review draft of contract received from HOFollow project time schedule for material submittals and pushing subcontractor/ supplier to send all required dataPrepare material submittals and follow up the approval from consultants/ client.
