Our portfolio spans infrastructure, commercial, residential, and governmental sectors, supported by a culture of technical excellence and innovation.Job Purpose Managing all civil technical office activities, ensuring that drawings, quantities, technical submissions, and site support are accurate, approved, and aligned with contract documents, specifications, and project execution requirements.Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all civil technical office activities across assigned projects.Review and approve civil shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions prior to consultant/client submission.Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, codes, and standards.Coordinate with Structural, Architecture, MEP, BIM, and Planning teams to resolve technical issues and clashes.Lead value engineering and constructability reviews for civil works.Manage preparation and submission of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs related to civil scope.Ensure timely responses to technical queries and maintain proper revision control.Coordinate with Document Control to ensure accurate documentation and approvals.Provide continuous technical support to construction and supervision teams.Review site issues and propose technical solutions in coordination with project stakeholders.Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Oversee quantity take-offs, BOQs review, and quantity verification for civil works.Support cost control, variations, claims, and final accounts from civil perspective.Coordinate with Commercial and Planning teams regarding progress and cost impacts.Lead, supervise, and develop civil technical office engineers, draftsmen, and coordinators.Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.Establish technical office procedures, standards, and best practices.Ensure all civil deliverables comply with QA/QC procedures and company standards.Support inspections, audits, handover documentation, and as-built submissions.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 12–15 years of experience in civil engineering works, with at least 5 years in a technical office management role.Strong experience in infrastructure, roads, utilities, or large-scale building projects.Advanced knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and standards.Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D and BIM is an advantage.Strong understanding of contracts, BOQs, specifications, and drawings.Ability to lead technical problem-solving and value engineering.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent coordination, communication, and decision-making abilities.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
