This full-time remote role ensures efficient coordination between healthcare providers, laboratory teams, and research partners, while supporting the execution of genetic testing and NGS-based research projects to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results and services.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily clinical and NGS laboratory operations, including sample reception, processing workflows, and reporting timelines.Liaise with healthcare providers, research institutions, and internal laboratory teams regarding genetic testing and NGS project requirements.Support the planning, coordination, and execution of NGS-based testing and research projects.Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and management of clinical and genomic data across workflows.Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met according to defined schedules.Maintain compliance with clinical, laboratory, and research quality standards and data confidentiality requirements.Assist in troubleshooting operational and project-related issues across multidisciplinary teams.Support quality assurance processes related to NGS workflows and genetic testing services.Prepare clinical and project progress reports and updates for management review.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Clinical Sciences, or related field.2–5 years of experience in clinical coordination, genetic testing, or laboratory environments.Strong hands-on or coordination experience with NGS workflows is required.Previous experience in managing or coordinating research projects is highly preferred.Solid understanding of genomic workflows, sample processing, and sequencing pipelines.Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) required.
