This full-time remote role ensures a positive patient experience and effective understanding of medical instructions.Key ResponsibilitiesEducate clients about laboratory tests, procedures, and service processes in a clear and professional manner.Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding testing and preparation requirements.Coordinate with clinical and laboratory teams to ensure smooth patient experience and follow-up.Support patients before and after testing procedures, ensuring clarity and understanding.Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.Document patient interactions and maintain confidentiality of patient information.Provide clear instructions for sample collection and preparation when needed.Support patient engagement and awareness initiatives.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Genetics, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a related field., Biotechnology, or related field.3–5 years of experience in patient support, healthcare customer service, patient education, or clinical coordination.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to explain medical and laboratory information in a simple and professional way.Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) required.
