This full-time remote role ensures timely delivery of materials, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate local and international shipments, including shipping arrangements and customs documentation.Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of laboratory and operational supplies.Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and courier companies regarding shipment status and delivery timelines.Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, shipment documents, and inventory reports.Support procurement activities and vendor management processes.Track and resolve logistics issues, delays, and shipment discrepancies.Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.Prepare periodic reports on logistics performance and inventory status for management review.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement coordination.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in inventory systems.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) required.
