Duties include receiving payment and posting amount to customer's account; preparing statements to credit department if the customer fails to respond; initiating repossession proceedings or service disconnection and keeping records of collection and status of accounts.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor (Preferable to have a bachelor of commerce).English: Very Good EnglishExperience: 2-3 years in the collection field or a similar position.The job includes some customer visits when needed with 25% Travel inside Egypt.Additional Information- Solid Communications Skills- Active Listening.- Attention to details.- Follow up skills.
