Egybell is hiring a Commercial Debt Recovery Specialist for a reputable companyResponsibilitiesContact delinquent business accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence.Negotiate and secure payment arrangements with a focus on customer service and account retention.Investigate delinquent accounts to determine the root cause of non-payment.Perform skip tracing to locate missing or difficult-to-reach debtors.Document all communication and collection activities in compliance with company policy and industry regulations.Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on all assigned accounts.Qualifications1–2 years of experience in a similar collection or accounts receivable role (preferred).Professional level of English – required.Strong understanding of ethical collection practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Positive, professional demeanor.
