Job PurposeDrive revenue generation and client servicing for the market, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and win business through value-based selling.Key Responsibilities• Revenue generation — own revenue targets; generate new leads, meet clients and close deals. Sell on perceived value with a strong, compelling selling story rather than price.• Pipeline health & sales discipline — own pipeline coverage, health and forecast accuracy; run a daily and weekly follow-up cadence with the sales team; support them on the ground with leads, meetings and closings.• Client servicing & domain expertise — service clients across POSM and retail production, agency/studio, design, activation, events and exhibitions, using deep category knowledge to advise and win work.• Team development — recruit, coach, train and develop the sales team; keep every member on track against individual and team targets.• Cross-functional leadership — work across factory/production, design and finance group-wide to ensure what's sold is deliverable and profitable.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.• 8–10 years of commercial or sales leadership experience.• Experience in POSM, branding, retail production or advertising.• Proven experience managing sales teams.SkillsLeadership | Sales Management | Strategic Planning | Financial & Commercial Acumen | Negotiation | Client Relationship Management | Business Development
