Process end-to-end payroll, including salary calculations, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and final settlements.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and social insurance requirements, handling all legal inquiries.Maintain and improve HRIS/payroll systems, ensuring high data accuracy and confidentiality.Supervise and mentor the payroll/personnel team, fostering professional development and productivity.Reconcile payroll data with finance records, prepare financial reports, and analyze payroll metrics.Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.Usually 7–9 years in payroll management or related HR roles.Deep understanding of local labor laws, tax codes, and social insurance legislation.Proficiency in payroll software/HRIS systems and advanced MS Excel skills.Strong attention to detail, numerical proficiency, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills
