Mission:Ensure that all plant operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards (especially environmental, safety, and compliance guidelines).Key Responsibilities:Ensure that all contracts under are compliant with legal requirements, company policies, and contractual obligations, while minimizing risks and protecting company interests.Monitor all plant activities, contracts, and processes for compliance adherence.Identify compliance breaches and assess compliance risks and potential violations.Ensure plant operations are in accordance with Governance guidelines and company policies. Monitor and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.Liaise with governmental authorities and regulatory bodies.Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.prepare compliance reports for management and external auditors.Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and regulatory filings.Participate in internal investigations.Requirements:Obtaining a high degree in finance / law preferably English section.Experience in Industrial/Manufacturing field is a must.Practical experience of not less than 3/5 years in auditing and compliance activities.Strong communication negotiating skills.Fluent English
