Tawzef is hiring a Business Development Executive – B2B HR Services to support our business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and promoting Tawzef’s HR solutions.The role is focused on identifying potential clients, approaching decision-makers, understanding business needs, presenting Tawzef’s services, following up on proposals, and closing new business opportunities.This is a strong opportunity for a target-driven B2B sales professional who wants to sell a wide portfolio of business services, including recruitment, outsourcing, payroll outsourcing, employer of record, HR consultancy, psychometric assessments, and salary survey solutions.Since Tawzef offers multiple HR services, the role gives sales professionals several opportunities to open client conversations, cross-sell solutions, and build different commission income channels based on closed business.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals, networking, market mapping, and corporate outreach.Approach corporate decision-makers, including HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, Business Owners, Operations Managers, Procurement Managers, and senior executives.Present Tawzef’s HR service portfolio to potential clients in a clear and professional way.Sell Tawzef’s services, including recruitment, outsourcing, payroll outsourcing, employer of record, HR consultancy, psychometric assessments, and salary survey solutions.Identify client needs and recommend the most suitable Tawzef service based on business challenges.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified corporate prospects.Schedule meetings, conduct sales calls, and deliver service presentations.Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.Negotiate with clients and close new business deals.Cross-sell and upsell multiple Tawzef services to new and existing clients.Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to support repeat business.Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client updates using CRM or internal reporting tools.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in HR, recruitment, outsourcing, and workforce solutions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, account management, or service sales.Previous experience selling services is preferred.Experience in HR services, recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, consultancy, training, assessments, or corporate services is a strong plus.Proven ability to generate leads and approach corporate clients.Good understanding of consultative selling and client needs analysis.Ability to communicate with HR, procurement, operations, and senior management decision-makers.Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Target-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve sales and commission goals.Good command of English.Professional LinkedIn usage and online prospecting skills are preferred.Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain organized follow-up.Confident, persistent, professional, and commercially aware.
