About the Role:Cost Control Section Head (10+ Years of Experience) Location: Ras EL-Hekma.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all cost control activities across projects, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and company financial objectives.Develop, implement, and continuously improve cost control policies, procedures, and reporting systems.Review and approve project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.Monitor overall project performance, analyse cost variances, and provide strategic insights to senior management.Ensure accurate evaluation and approval of subcontractor invoices, variations, and claims.Collaborate with project, commercial, and procurement teams to drive cost optimization and efficiency.Identify financial risks and lead mitigation strategies, including value engineering initiatives.Support tendering and pre-contract phases with cost benchmarking, estimation reviews, and commercial input.Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.Lead, mentor, and develop the cost control team, fostering a high-performance culture.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineeringMinimum of 10+ years of experience in cost control within construction /Contracting Companies.Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple large-scale projects.
