The Customer Service Specialist will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and timely resolutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic issues, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following defined processes and scripts while maintaining high-quality service. The role will support customer satisfaction and retention by actively listening, showing empathy, and escalating complex cases when needed.
