The Customer Service Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, providing accurate information and timely assistance. The role includes resolving issues, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following up to ensure customer needs are fully addressed. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and contribute feedback to improve processes and customer experience. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining professional phone etiquette, meeting performance metrics, and supporting a positive, service-oriented environment.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support experience.Ability to foster positive interactions and drive Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience improvements.Professional communication skills with excellent Phone Etiquette in English (spoken and written).Proven problem-solving, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.Comfort working with CRM or ticketing systems and basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, web applications).Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi, manage time effectively, and handle high-volume interactions calmly.Previous experience in healthcare or a service-oriented environment is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
