Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Organizational Development (OD) Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior OD Specialist will focus on workload analysis to evaluate and optimize organizational structures and performance. Responsibilities include conducting workforce assessments, analyzing labor capacity, recommending workload optimization strategies, and implementing organizational improvements. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, preparing workflow documentation, and ensuring alignment between staffing and organizational goals.
