Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Specialist (US Account) located in Qesm El Maadi. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing communications, resolving issues effectively, and fostering a positive customer experience. Additionally, the role may involve coordinating with team members and delivering feedback or training to address areas for improvement.
