This internship is designed to help students and recent graduates develop practical skills while supporting customers who use BUCHI’s Platform and NIR solutions.You will work closely with experienced colleagues, learning how customer needs are translated into technical and service solutions that drive satisfaction and long-term success.What Will You Learn and Do During Your Internship?As part of the Customer Success team, you will support post-sales activities and gain real-world experience in customer engagement, technical support, and cross-functional collaboration.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting customers during onboarding and initial product setupResponding to customer questions and basic support requests under guidanceSupporting the tracking and documentation of customer support casesCollaborating with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to understand customer needsCollecting and documenting customer feedback and usage insightsHelping ensure a positive user experience and high customer satisfactionThis role offers continuous on-the-job learning, mentoring, and exposure to international teams and processes.What Skills and Profile Are We Looking For?Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a relevant university program (Language Departments Students are strongly encouraged to apply)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsInterest in customer support, technology, and digital or laboratory solutionsGood technical aptitude and willingness to learnFluent in English (spoken and written)Fluent in French or GermanCustomer-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitudeStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksBasic familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira) is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer You as an InternAt BUCHI, we offer more than just an internship.
