Build, prioritize, and detail the backlog with the technical team.Supports development and testing engineers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime ensuring that the stories are “ready” for development.Understands customer’s needs, and anticipates new requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and suggesting solutions.Defines and document the system functional requirements, analyses dependencies, and communicates with development teams and different stakeholders.Plans and work flexibly along side of the Lead Business Analyst with multiple project teams to ensure deliverables are consistent across different platforms, and meet the acceptance criteria.Validates solutions frequently through demos and feedback loops. Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early. Problem-solver, translate high-level business needs into detailed, actionable requirements.Write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria. Ensure stories follow Agile standards. Break down epics into manageable stories. Actively contribute to Agile ritualsSkills - What skills do you need to bring to BUCHI?At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, including 2+ years in a senior role.Proven success delivering complex projects in Agile or waterfall environmentsDemonstrated experience with gathering requirements in multiple platforms (cloud, portals, mobiles & desktop).Knowledge of standard methodologies, tools and processes for business and process analysis.Strong collaboration skills to interface successfully with a broad variety of stakeholders across multiple time zones and functional domains.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
