This helps us minimize unconscious bias and ensure a fair evaluation for all candidates.Job Introduction:The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for supporting global email marketing initiatives through the execution and optimization of marketing automation programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role partners closely with campaign managers and marketing stakeholders across multiple countries to design emails using established templates in multiple languages, build and manage email journeys, develop data extensions, and ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment. This role requires strong technical execution skills, collaboration with international teams, and a proactive mindset toward learning new features and improving marketing automation performance.Responsibilities - What makes your everyday life at BUCHI EXCITING?Marketing Automation Execution Design emails in established templates in multiple languages using provided translations, request and track email reviews from all key stakeholders of each language, implement requested changes as needed Build and maintain data extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using requirements and data specifications provided by campaign managers. Configure and manage complex, automated, multi-track email journeys incorporating multiple email touchpoints and tracking automations Develop and maintain automations within Marketing Cloud to support campaign execution and operational efficiency. Ensure accurate setup, segmentation, and scheduling of email campaigns. Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate and optimize campaign messaging, driving improvements in engagement, conversion rates, and marketing ROI Data Management & Reporting Run SQL queries within Marketing Cloud to retrieve campaign performance data such as opens, clicks, and engagement metrics. Support reporting needs by preparing and extracting relevant marketing data. Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with established data governance practices. Campaign Support Collaborate with campaign managers to support global email marketing initiatives. Provide technical support for campaign setup, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot issues related to data, journeys, and automations. Optimization & Continuous Improvement Review marketing automation processes and recommend improvements to email journeys and automation workflows. Identify opportunities to increase campaign efficiency, performance, and scalability. Stay current with best practices in email marketing and marketing automation.Skills - What skills do you need to bring to BUCHI?Required:Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform. Experience building email journeys, automations, and data extensions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.Preferred:Working knowledge of SQL for marketing data analysis and reporting Experience supporting multi-country or global marketing programs. Understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign performance metrics.
