You'll work closely with our Product Manager, Product Owner and UX/UI Engineers to create exceptional user experiences along the entire customer journey. Integrating automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines into development. • Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.Staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering to continuously improve your skills.Skills - What skills do you need to bring to BUCHI?BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer. Strong proficiency in the Flutter / Dart Tech Stack, with at least 5 years of experience.Proven experience designing and building responsive and adaptive applications across mobile, web, and/or desktop platforms, ensuring consistent user experience across devices.Deep understanding of Flutter fundamentals including widget lifecycle, state management, and the rendering and layout system. • Solid understanding of Flutter performance optimization including minimizing widget rebuilds, handling large datasets, and profiling using Flutter DevTools. Proven ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and testable Flutter applications following industry best practices. • Experience with protocols for data exchange via different communication types, including RS232/485, Ethernet, WiFi, MQTT, and other relevant protocols.Knowledge and experience with agile collaboration models, such as Scrum, Kanban, or other relevant methodologies.
