With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.Managing the assigned Dark Stores (1-2 DS) effectively across fulfillment and logistics functions.Ensure that Consumables (Packaging Material) consumption is optimized among warehouses and wastage is reduced.Ensure that all warehouses have basic safety stocks to avoid disruptions in order processing.Ensure that all teams are using the packaging tools properly and driving the processes on the ground.Ensure that Purchases of Consumables from Sellers are accurately accounted for and in-warding into the WMS and Consumable Management Tools.Determine, track and Drive the most important Cost KPIs to achieve the company’s objective of performance and cost.Understanding the ERP functions and reports to maximize output and efficiency.Train, guide and evaluate new/old warehouse workers with respect to the ERP and best practices.Planning and assigning daily work.Addressing performance issues and improving productivity on the floor.Communicate and collaborate with other team membersWhat you'll need:Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field.Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively.Excellent Microsoft skills (V-lookup, Pivot Table, Advanced formulas, etc.)Creative and analytical problem solver with a strong desire to constantly grow and evolve.Capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
