As we scale our buying experience, we are hiring a Site Merchandising Specialist to own the day-to-day quality, accuracy, and merchandising of the storefront that business buyers shop on, across web and mobile.What you'll do:The Site Merchandising Specialist owns the onsite buying experience, the homepage, category and browse pages, product detail pages (PDPs), search results, carousels, banners, and badges.You will run daily site QC, manage product placement and visibility, operate promotional and merchandising campaigns, and ensure the storefront renders correctly, prices accurately, and converts.This is a hands-on individual contributor role suited to someone with 2 - 4 years of e-commerce, site merchandising, or onsite operations experience.Key Responsibilities:Daily site QC: Monitor the homepage, category pages, featured products, and PDPs across web and mobile, ensuring layout, content, and pricing render correctly; flag onsite bugs and issues to the product and engineering teams.Merchandising & campaigns: Plan and execute the site merchandising calendar carousels, offer highlights, hero banners, and promotional placements in line with marketing and commercial priorities.CRM & channel coordination: Coordinate campaigns across CRM channels push notifications, email, SMS, and WhatsApp ensuring messaging and offers are aligned with onsite merchandising and timed to a consistent campaign calendar across all touchpoints.Product placement & visibility: Manage which products and categories surface onsite, control product placement and priority ordering, and curate featured assortments to drive discovery and conversion.Search & browse: Maintain search relevance and product discoverability, monitor browse performance, and escalate ranking or indexing issues so buyers can quickly find what they need.Pricing display: Validate that quantity-based (tiered) pricing displays correctly on PDPs and that the cart applies the right tier as quantity changes; flag discrepancies to engineering and commercial.Performance monitoring: Track onsite metrics such as click-through and conversion on key placements, react to performance daily, and share findings with the wider team.Badging: Ensure service and fulfillment badges display correctly against eligible products.Cross-functional coordination: Partner with commercial/category, product, engineering, and design teams to keep the storefront commercially aligned and technically sound.What you'll need:2 - 4 years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce onsite operations, digital merchandising, or a closely related function.Working familiarity with how online storefronts are structured homepages, category/browse pages, PDPs, search, and promotional placements.Strong attention to detail with a track record of catching pricing, content, and rendering errors before customers do.Comfort with merchandising/CMS tools, issue-tracking tools, and Excel for performance analysis.Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, commercial, and design teams in a fast-paced environment.Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.Who will excel?Prior experience at an e-commerce marketplace or retailer in a site merchandising or digital merchandising role.Familiarity with B2B commerce concepts such as tiered or quantity-based pricing, bulk fulfillment, and business accounts.Experience running a merchandising calendar and promotional campaigns end to end.Exposure to CRM and lifecycle channels (push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp) and coordinating campaigns across them.
