Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business inputs. Analyze sales performance, forecast accuracy, and demand variations. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to gather demand insights. Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory. Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Generate and analyze demand planning reports and KPIs. Identify risks and opportunities affecting demand and propose mitigation plans Support new product launches and promotional activities with demand forecasts. Continuously improve forecasting methods and planning processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar). Knowledge of forecasting techniques and inventory management principles. Familiarity with S&OP processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
