We pride ourselves on precision, innovation, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.Job PurposeLead and manage planning, scheduling, and project controls activities across multiple engineering and construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource utilization, accurate progress monitoring, and compliance with project objectives and client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and monitor master project schedules for all assigned projects.Establish project planning standards, procedures, and scheduling methodologies across the organization.Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and resource-loaded programs.Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance against approved baselines.Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with design, technical, project management, and site teams to ensure alignment of project plans.Review and validate contractors’ and subcontractors’ schedules and progress reports.Prepare and present periodic planning, progress, and performance reports to management and clients.Conduct critical path analysis and evaluate the impact of scope changes, variations, and delays.Support project managers in forecasting project completion dates and resource requirements.Lead recovery planning initiatives for delayed projects and monitor implementation of recovery measures.Develop project dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for schedule management.Ensure compliance with contractual planning requirements and reporting obligations.Mentor and supervise planning engineers and planning team members to enhance performance and technical capabilities.Contribute to tender planning activities, including preparation of preliminary schedules, manpower histograms, and project execution plans.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 10–15 years of experience in planning and project controls within engineering consulting or construction projects.Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling techniques, earned value management, and risk analysis.Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
