Our expertise spans design, project management, construction supervision, and more, supported by a culture of excellence and innovation.Job Purpose Leading the architectural team, overseeing the design, planning, and delivery of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, codes, and standards, and coordinating with other disciplines for integrated project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the architectural department, including senior architects, designers, and junior staff.Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and mentor team members.Promote professional development and maintain a productive work environment.Oversee the preparation and review of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and international standards.Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.Resolve design conflicts and provide guidance on complex architectural issues.Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, MEP, civil) to ensure integrated project designs.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design queries.Support project teams in implementing design concepts on-site.Implement and enforce quality control procedures for architectural designs.Ensure adherence to codes, standards, and best practices.Promote innovative and sustainable design solutions within the team.Develop project schedules and monitor design progress.Prepare reports on departmental performance, project status, and design milestones.Maintain accurate records of design documentation, approvals, and revisions.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in ArchitectureMinimum 18+ years of experience in architectural design and project managementAt least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing architectural teamsExperience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with local building codes and international design standardsStrong leadership and team management skillsExpertise in architectural design, planning, and detailingProficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling, and design softwareExcellent coordination and communication skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAttention to detail and quality assuranceStrong knowledge of sustainable and innovative design practicesGood command of English (written and spoken)
