Orascom Development is seeking a proactive and strategic Development Manager to lead our project development initiatives. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of development projects aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives. The Development Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the development lifecycle, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver development projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with objectives. Manage project risks and resolve issues that arise during the development process. Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and quality standards. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project phases. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. At least 6 years of experience in project development or management, preferably in the construction or real estate sectors. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
