Orascom Development is seeking an experienced and strategic Rewards Director to lead our compensation and benefits programs. The Rewards Director will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent while aligning with the company’s business objectives and culture. This position requires deep expertise in compensation structures, benefits administration, and market benchmarking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing innovative and competitive reward solutions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive reward strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness. Oversee the design and administration of incentive and bonus schemes. Collaborate with HR leadership and senior management to align rewards with organizational goals. Analyze compensation data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to employee compensation and benefits. Lead and develop the rewards team to deliver high-quality services. Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants supporting reward programs. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. At least 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on strategic reward planning. Strong knowledge of global and local labor laws and market trends. Proven ability to design and implement effective reward programs. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
