Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within allocated budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, material orders, and progress updates. Manage and mentor junior site engineers and construction staff. Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project to facilitate smooth operations. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a site engineer in large-scale construction projects. Proven ability to manage complex construction activities and lead site teams. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
