Orascom Development is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. As a key member of our management team, the HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in talent management and employee relations. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring that Orascom Development remains an employer of choice in the construction and development industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance. Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports for senior management. Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient and effective HR services. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management, preferably in the construction or development sectors. In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with HR software and performance management systems. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
