Title:Digital Account ManagerJob Type:Full TimeCareer Level:Experienced (Non-Manager)Experience Needed:3 – 5 Years in the same positionMain ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.Build new business relationships using existing industry contacts.Manage employer’s client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.Feedback all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff.Ensure they are aware with all competitive activities within accounts and prevent attrition.Negotiating account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives.Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Manage Google and Social media adsManage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.Plan and implement client B2C and B2B digital marketing strategies across all channelsEnsure all work is completed on time and to budget.Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.Content Management (SEO Content -Content Plan – G Analytics)Prepare reports on account status.Any other tasks need.Job RequirementsRelated experience: 3 to 5 years in the same position.Medical Background preferred.Nasr City Residence preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to lead and motivate the team.Solid experience in Managing all digital marketing platformsSolid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
