As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital strategy, responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing efforts. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, engaging our audience, and converting prospects into loyal customers. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels to achieve business objectives.Lead and manage all aspects of our social media presence, developing engaging content and fostering community growth.Oversee e-marketing initiatives, including campaigns, and leads and drive conversions.Plan and execute all web, SEO, email, social media.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights andoptimize spend and performance based on the insights.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Digital Marketing Expertise: A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive strategies.Experience at Social Media Marketing, E-Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO.Background at Pharmaceutical Industry is preferable.Strategic Thinker: A keen understanding of Marketing Strategy and Brand Strategy, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective digital campaigns.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal Communication skills, with a collaborative spirit to work cross-functionally and manage external partners effectively.
